Lynn Robinson-Onderko
Office Manager
Lynn Ellen Robinson-Onderko was born in Detroit, Michigan. She is the wife of a retired Army aviator and the mother of two boys. Lynn has lived in Hawaii for 17 years. She holds degrees in Media Arts and Public Administration.
Lynn works as Senator Chang's Office Manager. She handles logistics and scheduling, staff and intern management, as well as constituent outreach and support.
Personally, Lynn is passionate about social justice. When she's not working, she volunteers with organizations committed to equity and fairness in Hawaii and around the world.
Chelsea Lockridge
Committee Clerk
Chelsea currently serves as Senator Chang's Committee Clerk. She handles all things related to the Senate Committee on Housing– including drafting legislation, working with committee members and their staffs, and serving as a direct advisor to the Senator.
In her free time, Chelsea enjoys watching crime documentaries with her two dogs, Khloe Kardogshian and Jack Russell Simmons.
